How to make it
Ready for your granola acai snack?
Preheat oven to 325. In a big bowl, mix your wet ingredients together (apple sauce, sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and coconut milk).
Once mixed, add your dry ingredients (oats, ginger powder and Açaí powder). Stir really well until everything’s combined and even.
Note: If you’re adding in extras, save the coconut shreds and dried fruits until after the rest is cooked.
Scoop out your oat mix onto a prepared baking pan.
Make sure it’s totally flat and even (use the back of your spoon to help).
Bake for about 15 minutes, stir, then bake for another ten.
Once golden brown, remove from the oven, stir again and let cool completely.
Store in an airtight container (aka mason jar).
